Information Office

If you have any general enquiries about our resort, or the wider area that surrounds it, the volunteer owners can assist you at our Information Office, which is the glass building close to the resort entrance on Calle Egeo.

For the foreseeable future, (subject to  volunteer’s availability) it is our intention to open our Information Office Monday – Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. Please note that these times may be subject to change.

The Information Office is a very good resource for owners, tenants, and holidaymakers on our resort, providing them with all the information and leaflets they need to find out what is going on in the local area. The much-appreciated unpaid volunteers who staff the Information Office have a wealth of knowledge about all manner of things related to HR, the local area, and all about living in Spain. It also acts as a hub for information about local tradespeople. Although we cannot offer any personal recommendations, we can provide you with some tradespeople’s details to help you decide who to choose.

You can also rent, buy and exchange books, DVDs, CDs, magazines, and toys. You can also borrow gardening equipment.

If you are an owner and require an HR Privilege Card, which offers you discounts from local service providers and restaurants, then our Information Office is the place to go to collect your cards Monday – Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 noon.
